What is sola, and is it safe?
Sola is the dried pith of a wetland plant. It is soft, light and bird-safe, which is why it turns up in so many shredding toys — birds can pull it apart without hard edges.
How many toys should a cage have?
Enough that your bird can choose, and rotated so they stay interesting. Multi-piece sets exist so a whole cage can be refreshed at once rather than one toy at a time.
Do these fit any cage?
The fixings are standard quick-links or wingnut screws that suit common cage bar spacing. Toy dimensions are on every listing so you can check clearance first.
Is cuttlebone a toy or a supplement?
Both. Birds chew it for the calcium and for the beak work. It is listed here as part of chew toys because that is how it gets used.
Can I return a toy my bird has used?
Our return and refund policy sets out the window and the condition requirements. Please read it before giving a toy to your bird.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Transit is around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving a total estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $35. Below that a flat $3.99 applies. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the date of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out on our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — see the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
